1st Annual UW/Chamber Golf Classic

Register Now for the 1st Annual United Way/Chamber of Commerce Golf Classic!

Player registration and sponsorship packages are sought for the first annual United Way/Chamber of Commerce Golf Classic at Anderson's Meadowbrook Golf Course, Friday, July 11, 2008. The 18-hole event will tee off at 8:30 a.m., following a 7:30 a.m. registration with complimentary continental breakfast and provided range balls. A free BBQ lunch will be included.

Cash prizes will be awarded for first ($400 per team and trophies for each team member), second ($300 per team), third ($200 per team) and fourth place winners ($100 per team). Players purchasing the $100 per team/$35 individual contest package will be given a shot at a 2008 Chevy Malibu Hole-In-One contest sponsored by Ed Martin Automotive Group. Other contests include a skins pot, raffle prizes, men's and women's straightest drive, longest drive, and closest to the pin contests, putting contest and move-up hole. Other Hole-In-One opportunities include a TaylorMade Burner Driver & Woods set, 5-days/4-nights at a Fairmont Resort and a TaylorMade Burner XDI Irons 3-wedge set.

Classic proceeds will benefit local programs of the United Way of Madison County and the Chamber of Commerce for Anderson & Madison County. Gold, Silver and Bronze and Hole/Tee sponsorship levels of $1,000, $500, $250 and $100 are still available. The $400 per team or $100 per person registration includes breakfast, lunch, beverages, green fees, range balls and cart.

The field is nearly filled, so get your registration in soon.
