Town of Frankton Dedicates Born Learning Trail
WHAT: The Born Learning Connection, Town of Frankton, and United Way of Madison County will dedicate an outdoor learning trail at Jefferson Oaks Park in Frankton on Saturday, June 12 at 11 am. The Jefferson Oaks Trail is the third Born Learning trail to be installed in Madison County.
The event theme, “Catch the Spirit,” honors parents and caregivers that support early education for young children. Community and Business partners will be on hand to distribute books, balloons and refreshments to children ages 0-5. The event is free and open to the public.
Ball Brothers Foundation, Frankton-Lapel Community Schools, Madison County Youth Leadership Academy and Community and business partners provided the funds to purchase the trail and supplies.
