Community Access Network (CAN)

Community Access Network (CAN) 

We have linked organizations that provide food, utility, housing and health care assistance with a common database, and trained staff and volunteers to work on life-changing goals with clients.  

CAN is giving our community a more effective and responsive means to help those who need the most basic services, and who need a guiding hand toward long-term change. 

By uniting as a system that shares information and works together to serve the most vulnerable in Madison County, we can provide greater assistance to more people.
