Request for Proposals
United Way of Madison County has been developing a strategic focus on building the self-sufficiency of ALICE (Asset Limited Income Constrained Employed) households in our county for the past seven years. With the participation of many community partners, we have worked to identify the systemic challenges and opportunities that exist for this significant population--44% of our county.
In 2016 the THRIVE Network was developed. THRIVE Network is an innovative collaborative of several local nonprofit partners working together to provide a unique and powerful opportunity for hardworking, financially-struggling individuals and families throughout Madison County. Participants receive personalized coaching, resources and supports to obtain good jobs with good wages, success for their children and financial skills that produce long-lasting financial changes in their lives.
We are pleased to release our new Request for Proposals (RFP) to further develop the THRIVE Network to build on our work to date. When you are ready to submit, please click on the link below which will allow you to upload your narrative, budget and demographics workbook, and most recent audit or reviewed financial statements.
Proposals will be due by the end of business on February 28, 2019.
