She is also an RSVP participant and has volunteered as a reader for Elwood Community Schools and St. Vincent Mercy Hospital Foundation. Currently she is an active volunteer with East Main Street Christian Church in Elwood, St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in California, as a reading tutor for 2nd graders at Borango Springs Elementary and at the Borengo Springs Art Institute. She takes her board leadership role to heart, advocating with elected officials for UW policies and agenda.
