Community Access Network

You are here

CAN is a connected system within Madison County that links a network of basic needs providers on behalf of individuals. This system assists in making services more accessible and easy to connect with throughout the county. CAN operates through coordinated efforts and a shared database. The CAN network helps people in need address emergency issues and reach long-term self-sufficiency goals.
  • Do you need more than one type of assistance?
  • Have you needed assistance before?
  • Are you willing to share your information in a secure database shared by many social service providers?
  • Are you interested in committing to improving your life situation long-term?

CAN will support member organizations to foster an environment of change in the community and to help clients as they strive to increase self-sufficiency through hope, trust, and healing as well as through physical, spiritual and emotional growth.

Mission Statement

The purpose of CAN is to help create a community system that is connected, efficient and effective in empowering social service organizations to provide positive life change for individuals to help them meet their own needs.
